What is FuKazee?

Someone once asked me if I wanted to be a billionaire. I said no. I want to conquer the world. My name is Rodney, and this is what conquering the world looks like to me.

It doesn’t start with armies. It starts with an idea. It starts with knowledge.

It started for me at my old job. A colleague asked me to show her how to use AI. I did. She got so good that she told another colleague, who then booked a meeting with me. Then another, and another. Soon, I was the “AI guy” for the whole company.

That’s when I saw it. People were not lazy. They were not unintelligent. They were just stuck. They were standing before a locked door, and AI was the key. They just needed someone to show them how to use it.

This is the first thing you must understand about FuKazee. We are not an AI tool or a new platform. We are an EdTech company. We teach. We empower. We believe that with the right knowledge, people can do incredible things.

The idea grew. I held some free workshops at the University of Nairobi, and the feedback was amazing. I saw that postgraduate students, in particular, really needed help. They were struggling with long, inefficient research workflows, and I knew technology could solve this.

And so, FuKazee was born.

Our main focus became training postgraduate students on how to use Artificial Intelligence for their studies and research. We built a cohort program for this, called ‘The ScholarShift Accelerator.’ It is a three-week program that dives deep into the use of AI in academia, all done in an ethical way. We wanted to bridge the gap between brilliant minds and the powerful tools available to them.

But the need was bigger than the university walls.

  • Professionals were wasting hours on tasks that could be automated.
  • Entrepreneurs were juggling so many things, desperate for a way to be more efficient.
  • Graduates and job seekers lacked the job-ready digital skills to stand out.

So, we expanded. We started training entrepreneurs, startup founders, and entire companies. We have been privileged to train incredible teams at the American Embassy in Nairobi, Startinev, the Nairobi Startup Club, and Savannah Tracking Limited.

The real win isn’t just a certificate. It is seeing someone’s life change. I have helped people use their new AI skills to get jobs. I have seen researchers cut their work time in half. That is the real impact.

We teach technology because knowledge is the ultimate tool. You can have the best software in the world, but if you don’t have the foundational knowledge of how and why to use it, you will always be limited. We give you that foundation.

FuKazee is my first company on the path to my goal. It’s not about conquering the world with force. It’s about empowering every single person to conquer their own world—their career, their studies, their business.

We live in a world where many people are standing still, afraid that time will move without them. Technology is moving fast. You don’t have to be left behind.

You just need someone to show you the way.
