What is the ScholarShift Accelerator? Does it work?

How to Finish a PhD You Started 10 Years Ago

My greatest fear is being still. Not moving forward. I have learned that for many postgraduate students, this is not just a fear. It is a reality.

You get stuck.

The research becomes a mountain. The papers pile up. The motivation fades. Days turn into months, and months turn into years. You are not lazy. You are not incapable. You are just overwhelmed by a process that was designed for a different era. Postgraduates struggle with inefficient research workflows that slow their academic progress.

I saw this pain and knew we had to build more than just a workshop. We needed to build a solution. A system. A community.

We call it The ScholarShift Accelerator.

It is not just a course. It is a three-week journey designed to get you unstuck and accelerate you toward the finish line. We run it once a month, bringing together a small group of researchers who are ready for a change.

People ask me what we teach in the three weeks. I don’t like to give away the formula. It’s deep, detailed, and comprehensive. But I will tell you about the value.

We don’t just show you AI tools. We teach you how to think, how to question, and how to command technology to do the heavy lifting for you. We show you how to build your own custom AI assistants. We turn weeks of literature review into a weekend task. The program is intense. We meet online Monday to Thursday, and for those in Nairobi, we gather for a physical workspace on the weekend. This is where theory becomes practice, and where the cohort becomes a community.

Does it work? We consistently see the program exceed people’s expectations.

Graduates have gone on to defend their theses and publish papers faster than they ever thought possible. Others have taken the skills they learned and applied them directly to their jobs, their businesses, and even personal projects for their communities. We have seen people on the verge of quitting their programs find the courage and the tools to continue.

The real power of the cohort is in the stories. Stories like this one:

“I began my PhD in 2014 and completed coursework in 2015, but the overwhelming demands stalled my progress 10 years down the line. FuKazee’s AI training equipped me with the tools and confidence to get back on track and finish my PhD!” — P.M, UoN PhD Student.

This is why we do it.

To help someone who has been stuck for over seven years finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. To empower a researcher in a remote area who can’t easily access physical libraries. To give you back your most valuable asset: your time.

The ScholarShift Accelerator is a game changer. It’s an investment of 15,000 shillings into your future. It’s your chance to stop feeling stuck and start moving again.

The world needs your research. It’s time to finish it.
