How does quotation, LPO and invoicing work?

Written quotation
A formal quotation on FuKazee letterhead, itemised so it can be attached to a requisition or budget line.

LPO or signed quotation
Your purchase order referencing the quotation, or a countersigned quotation where your process uses that instead.

Delivery and invoice
Training is delivered, then an invoice is raised against the order. Payment by bank transfer to FuKazee Limited's account at Stanbic Bank; details are on the invoice.
Individual programme fees (ScholarShift, SmartStart, KCSE programmes and study plans) can also be paid by M-PESA or card through FuKazee's secure Paystack checkout. Corporate and institutional engagements are invoiced.

Ask for the vendor pack on WhatsApp or by email and it is sent the same working day where possible. It contains:

- KRA PIN certificate
- Bank confirmation letter, Stanbic Bank
- Signed quotation for the proposed engagement
- Company profile and programme outline
- Director's contact details for verification

Does FuKazee accept a purchase order or LPO before invoicing?
Yes. The usual sequence is a written quotation from FuKazee, your purchase
order or LPO referencing it, delivery of the training, then an invoice against the order.
Where your process requires a signed quotation instead of an LPO, that works too.
How does FuKazee accept payment?
Corporate and institutional engagements are paid by bank transfer to
FuKazee Limited's account at Stanbic Bank; the account details appear on the invoice.

Which documents can FuKazee supply for vendor registration?

Ask, and it will be reviewed. Training exercises are run on synthetic
material so FuKazee does not usually need access to sensitive data, but where an engagement
involves your internal documents a confidentiality agreement can be put in place first.
